Dit zijn de algemene voorwaarden voor de kaartverkoop voor concerten van Vocaal Ensemble Irrevocable via deze website.
Kaartjes retourneren
Online gekochte kaartjes kunnen in de regel niet worden geretourneerd. Als iets mis is gegaan met de aankoop, neem dan zo spoedig mogelijk contact met ons op via ensemble.irrevocable@gmail.com.
Korting
Een aangeschaft ticket met studentenkorting geldt alleen als entreebewijs in combinatie met een geldige collegekaart. Scholieren onder 18 jaar kunnen ook voor het gereduceerde tarief een kaartje kopen en hoeven geen schoolpas te laten zien.
Wees op tijd bij de voorstelling
Voorstellingen van Vocaal Ensemble Irrevocable beginnen stipt op tijd. Bezoekers die na aanvang van de voorstelling arriveren, lopen het risico niet meer tot de zaal toegelaten te worden.
Voorstelling geannuleerd of verplaatst
Vanwege de bijzondere tijden waarin we leven op dit moment (COVID-19), kan het voorkomen dat een concert wordt geannuleerd of verplaatst. In dit geval zullen wij u per e-mail de volgende opties aanbieden:
- 1. Bewaar uw kaartje (standaardkeuze): Bij verplaatsing van een concert blijft uw kaartje geldig voor de nieuwe datum. Bij annulering van een concert blijft uw kaartje geldig voor een volgend concert van Vocaal Ensemble Irrevocable.
- 2. Donatie: U kunt er ook voor kiezen het geld van uw kaartje(s) te doneren om ons te steunen.
- 3. Restitutie: U kunt natuurlijk ook uw geld terugkrijgen.
Laat ons je keuze weten: Wilt u een andere keuze maken dan de standaardkeuze, laat het ons dan zo snel mogelijk weten via ensemble.irrevocable@gmail.com.
Verwerkingstermijn restitutie: Bij tijdige aanvraag van restitutie krijgt u het bedrag binnen drie maanden na het geannuleerde concert teruggestort, of binnen één maand na de nieuwe datum van het verplaatste concert. Vraagt u restitutie aan na deze verwerkingstermijnen, dan storten wij het bedrag zo spoedig mogelijk terug.

These are our terms and conditions for the ticket sales of concerts of Vocal Ensemble Irrevocable via this website.
Return policy
Tickets bought online are generally non-refundable. If any problems occur during the purchase, please contact us as soon as possible on ensemble.irrevocable@gmail.com.
Discount
A ticket with a student discount is only valid in combination with a valid student card. Children below 18 years can use a discount ticket, without having to show a student card.
Be on time for the concert
Concerts of Vocal Ensemble Irrevocable will start at the indicated time. Visitors arriving after the concert has started, are at risk of being refused to enter the venue.
Concert moved or cancelled
Due to the special situation we are in currently (COVID-19), it could occur that a concert has to be moved to another date or is canceled completely. In this case, we will send you an email with the following options to choose from:
- 1. Keep your ticket (default choice): If a concert is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If a concert is canceled, your ticket remains valid for a future Vocal Ensemble Irrevocable concert.
- 2. Donation: You can also choose to donate the money of your ticket to Vocal Ensemble Irrevocable to support us.
- 3. Refund: Of course, you can choose for a refund.
Let us know your choice: If you wish to make a choice other than the default choice, please let us know as soon as possible at ensemble.irrevocable@gmail.com.
Refund processing time: If you request a refund in time, you will be refunded within three months of the canceled concert, or within one month of the new date of the rescheduled concert. If you request a refund after these processing deadlines, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
